Standard Configuration

These are the options that all users have access to, premium or not! You can get a lot more information from the config.yml itself! As it has in depth descriptions! The ones here are shortened!

Config Option	Value	Info (Short Description)
Populate Default Recipes	true/false	Used to repopulate the default recipes
Allow Recipe Updates	true/false	Any default recipes will update if possible.
Use Place Permissions	true/false	MT.SolarPanel would allow the user to place the solar panel.
Place Deny Message	"String"	The message given when a user is missing a required permission
Allow Speed Changes	true/false	Concrete or smooth stone gives a speed buff when being walked on.
Disable Version Checking	true/false	You can disable this if you plan to stay on an older version purposely
Solar Panel Cloud Level	integer	Clouds do not effect solar panels above this y level
Debug Mode	true/false	Useful for diagnosing issues.
