These are the options that all users have access to, premium or not! You can get a lot more information from the config.yml itself! As it has in depth descriptions! The ones here are shortened!

Populate Default Recipes

Used to repopulate the default recipes

Allow Recipe Updates

Any default recipes will update if possible.

Use Place Permissions

MT.SolarPanel would allow the user to place the solar panel.

The message given when a user is missing a required permission

Allow Speed Changes

Concrete or smooth stone gives a speed buff when being walked on.

Disable Version Checking

You can disable this if you plan to stay on an older version purposely
